This highly moisturizing balm is also formulated with a unique blend of Amino Acids that helps retain and seal in moisture, while also offering noticeably softer skin. This formulation can also be used to nourish, soften and smoothen elbows and cuticles.

Excellent multi-purpose balm for dry skin
I have been using The Ordinary Squalane Lip Balm for a few weeks now. It is really effective, especially for our dry weather here. The texture is nice—not too sticky like some other brands. I mostly use it for my lips, but I also apply a little on my cuticles when they get dry, and it works great. It keeps the area hydrated for a long time. One small thing to note is that the tube feels a bit simple, so you have to be careful not to squeeze out too much at once. Overall, it is great value for money and a very practical product for daily hydration. Good skin barrier support.
